What The Truth About Abs Workout Isnt All About

By Andrew Tatiana

Are you pretty sure you know what the Truth About Abs workout is all about? Have you pretty much dismissed this popular book thinking that the claims must be too good to be true or that you're going to be angry if you pick it up and find out that it is just another piece of junk?

When I first heard about this book I was sure that after all the hype was over that people would be on to some other rendition of the latest, greatest workout that is supposed to give you spectacular results. I was in no hurry to jump on the bandwagon and start drinking the spiked punch any time soon. After all, what could be inside this book that I hadn't already heard or that I couldn't find out for myself for nothing?

Well, as often happens I had a friend that started raving about this book that he had read and how he was finally starting to see steady, noticeable results from his workouts. It became a little annoying and just like someone begging you to ask them about how they had been shown the light, I finally had to bite and ask him what his secret was. Yes, it was the Truth About Abs workout.

He cornered me one day in the break room at work and started telling me how I had to check this book out in one big, long sentence that lasted what seemed like forever. Now was the time for me to put him out of his misery. Now was the time for me to humiliate him in front of all our coworkers that he had been preaching to so I let him have it. I asked him how much he was digging workout out for hours every night instead of actually enjoying life.

He was a little annoyed but calmly informed me that this wasn't how it was. He told me that, indeed, if he had been told to work out every day that he would of if it meant that he could get the body that he wanted. He said that he had cut back on the number of days a week that he worked out in addition to the amount of time he was spending on exercising each week.

So, fine! He wasn't working out every day until he felt like a heavy weight fighter had given him a thorough working over. But, I was pretty sure that he had to join a gym or buy some sort of specialized equipment. I didn't have the money for a gym membership and I really didn't want to spend any money on weird rubber bands or some home gym because I was pretty sure that the Truth About Abs workout wasn't going to work for me so it would just be a further waste of my time and money.

He was getting a bit miffed at this point because I wasn't taking him seriously and I guess he was trying to help me. He informed me that he still didn't have a membership and he had no intention of getting one. He didn't buy any stuff to go along with his new exercise routine but he did splurge and buy himself a set of weights and a bar to do pull ups on to make things easier ane more enjoyable once he started to see a difference in his body.

The best was yet to come though and I was pretty sure that there was more than meets the eye when it came to the Truth About Abs so I let the hammer drop. I asked him how much creatine he was taking to get the built look that he was sporting these days. There had to be an explanation and I was sure that he was supplementing with something whether it be creatine or protein shakes multiple times a day, which could add to the weekly grocery bill, for sure.

My buddy laughed again and told me that none of that stuff was necessary and that the Truth About Abs workout was the most straight forward and healthy workout routine that he had seen to date. He was seeing results and it all made sense to him. He said he felt better, was healthier and his body was in the best shape that it had ever been in thanks to the Truth About Abs workout.
